Future First Responders of America Program

Future First Responders of America

LEOCode4 is a law enforcement and community-based program that focuses on first responder support, empowering youth with the Future First Responders of America Program and its exclusive Code 4 Training Academy.

The Future First Responders of America (FFROA.org) program is meant to increase a young person’s potential through activities that emphasis on: Leadership, becoming a Responsible Citizen, Making good choices, and Community Service. It would be considered UNITED STATES signature youth program and has proven to be successful in other law enforcement and first responder agencies nationally & internationally.

This program has become an entity whose purpose and endeavors rally around communities through the development youth activities by providing a safe, nurturing place to engage in educational, social, and life-skills development, in addition to guiding youth to avenues that can lead to a successful adult life. It takes a village to raise a child. With the help of programs such as these, especially in rural communities, our youth can thrive, have a purpose and a place to learn. Some statistics have proven that youth programs give focus and purpose no matter what the socioeconomic status of the youths living situation.

Although this program could potentially provide a pool of future first responders whether it be in law enforcement, fire, paramedical or dispatching, the goal of the program is to create responsible and effective citizens. Youth are mentored and inspired by officials providing them with the tools and life skills needed to assume leadership positions in whatever they choose to do in life.

The program is an opportunity for our youth to participate in a positive program designed for those who would benefit from all we have to offer.

LEOCode4 with the Future First Responders of America program presents the United States a promise and commitment to lead, provide direction, and give mentorship to the youth of this nation with compassion, care and concern.
